Terms and Conditions for Freo Z Ultra New Product Launch

Welcome to the Freo Z Ultra new product launch event (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"). Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before participating. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Event Overview

The Event is valid from September 6, 2024,12:00 AM (PT) to October 22, 2024, 11:59:59 PM (PT). This Event is exclusively available on the Narwal official website (https://ca.narwal.com/). The Event is divided into three phases, with specific terms for each phase as outlined below:

Phase 2: September 14, 2024,12:00 AM (PT) - October 7, 2024, 11:59:59 PM (PT)(Early Bird Offer)

• Event Details: During this Phase, users can purchase the Early Bird Offer for C$69, which includes a C$500 coupon and a 3-year warranty for the Freo Z Ultra (including the 1-year warranty that comes with the purchase of Freo Z Ultra and an additional 2-year extended warranty). The coupon can be used for the purchase of the Freo Z Ultra or Freo Z Ultra bundle in Phase 3.
• Benefit:

a. C$500 Coupon: The coupon will be sent to users via email after purchasing the Early Bird Offer. This coupon can only be used for purchasing the Freo Z Ultra or Freo Z Ultra bundle in Phase 3.

b. 2-Year Extended Warranty for Freo Z Ultra: The extended warranty will be automatically activated upon purchasing the Freo Z Ultra or Freo Z Ultra bundle（we will send you the warranty activation information via email）.

• Purchase Method: Early Bird Offer are sold on the Narwal official website. Users must provide a valid email address at the time of purchase to receive the coupon code. Each coupon code can be used only once and is applicable only for the purchase of the Freo Z Ultra or Freo Z Ultra bundle.

Phase 3: October 8, 2024,12:00 AM (PT) - October 22, 2024, 11:59:59 PM (PT)

• Event Details: During this phase, users may apply the coupon code obtained in the previous phase to purchase the Freo Z Ultra or Freo Z Ultra bundle. Coupon codes must be redeemed within this period; any unused coupon codes will expire after the Event ends.
• Usage: Enter the coupon code when purchasing the Freo Z Ultra or Freo Z Ultra bundle on the Narwal official website or Amazon to enjoy the corresponding discount. Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Additional Terms

 Eligibility:

1. The Event is open to C.A. citizens or residents on ca.narwal.com who are at least 18 years of age or of legal age as of September 6, 2024 (Pacific Time, PT) and are capable of entering into a legally binding contract with Narwal.

 Coupon Restrictions:

1. Each coupon code may be used only once, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. To use multiple coupons, separate orders must be placed.
2. Coupon codes are confidential and must not be shared with others.

 Refund Policy:

If you purchased the Early Bird Offer but did not use the coupon during the third phase, you can proactively contact our customer support team at support.na@global.narwal.com to request a refund. The Narwal team will process your refund by 24:00 (PT) on October 31, 2024. Narwal team will refund all users who did not use their Early Bird coupons by 24:00 on November 31, 2024, and the refund will be returned to the original payment account.

Refunds for orders placed during the Freo Z Ultra launch event will be based on the amount actually paid.

For orders including free gifts, the gifts must be returned with the order for a refund to be processed. Refunds will not be processed if the gifts are not returned.

General Terms

1.  For any issues encountered during the promotion, please contact support.na@global.narwal.com for assistance.
2. Due to shipping restrictions, non-delivery areas include the entire Northwestern Province, Yukon Province, and part of the postal code area. Please refer to our shipping policy for details.
3.  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to modify the Event rules or cancel the Event at any time. We also reserve the right to exclude any participant from the promotion in the event of fraud or abuse.
4.  Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Narwal's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be considered. Narwal reserves the right to the final interpretation of this promotion.
5.  All orders placed during the Event must comply with Narwal's Terms of Use and return & refund policy.
6.  The promotion does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
7.  Participants must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
8.  All coupons are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not expressly covered will be handled according to Narwal's final interpretation.
9.  Narwal is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by factors including but not limited to network transmission failures.
10.  Narwal shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including participants, in connection with or arising from actions or omissions related to this promotion.
11.  Data Privacy: Before participating in this promotion, please carefully read our Privacy Policy (insert link). By choosing to participate in this promotion, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12.  Event-Specific Rules: Narwal has established specific rules for each promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between these specific event rules and the general terms and conditions of the promotion, the specific event rules shall take precedence.
13.  EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT GUARANTEED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND NARWAL HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
