What kind of floors can Narwal Freo work on?

Narwal Freo can be used on wood floors, laminate floors, and other smooth hard floors such as tiles and marble. If your floor surface is rough and uneven, then we do not recommend using a robot for cleaning.

Also, Freo can adjust the pressure and wetness for different floor types: Wood floor [7N + Dry], Hard floor [12N + Normal].

Where should I position a Narwal Freo?
  1. Place the base station against a wall and near an outlet, making sure there is more than 1m/40inches of clear space in front of the base station.
  2. After placing the base station, insert the power cord into the base station, then insert the plug into the outlet. The screen will automatically light up when the base station powers on, and the robot will turn on when it is in the base station.
Can Freo work in the dark?

Freo uses lasers to create a map and will need light during the mapping process.

It will then use lidar to automatically move around rooms. Lidar can work normally in the dark, however dark objects may weaken the signal received by the infrared sensor, and the obstacle avoidance effect may decrease to a certain extent.

Does Narwal Freo switch automatically between Mopping and Vacuuming?

Yes, Freo is compatible with vacuum modules and mopping modules, and the corresponding modules will be automatically applied in different vacuuming/mopping modes.

What is the capacity of the dust box?

The capacity of Freo's dust box is 480ml, Freo's upgraded dust box is larger and reduces the frequency of cleaning the dust box.

Mommy's little helper (not like the 50's though)

Last year my husband purchased the freo for my birthday. I still feel the joy each time i run my freo. I have remapped the house atleast 20 times, because I move too much furniture around. I like running my freo because it motivates me. I set it to vacuum, then mop each room individually, most of the time. It gives me time to put the chairs up and clean other parts of the room. I like timing my cleaning with freo in the room. It makes me feel like I have a cleaning buddy. On the days I'm less motivated I just run the freo on its own. Having clean floors all the time is the best feeling. I set it to run in the mornings once I've dropped the kids off at school. It keeps my focused on doing house work. After dinner or crafts I set it to spot clean. It takes very little effort to run. It let's me know when it needs to be emptied or when it's low on water. The app tracks when parts should be replaced or close to replacing so I can order part prior to needing them. I like that I can also add additional maps. My bedroom and ensuit have too high of a ledge, but it takes no effert to put it on the upper lip and run it to vacuum those rooms. The cost is not in my budget to have multiple, or I would. Truth be told, if I didn't recieve it as a gift I would have never purchased it based on the price point, even on sale. Now that I have one though, I've used it so often. I can say for sure it is worth the cost! My freo is hands down an item I'd repurchase if it ever broke. That and my insta pot. Life is busy, anything that saves you time is well worth the cost. I am so thankful for my freo.

Works great

It does a great job of vacuuming and then mopping the floors. It seems to be smarter than its competitors as well. As with any type of cleaning device, you will need to do quite a bit of regular maintenance to keep it working smoothly.

No more procrastination

No more procrastination to who will vacuum and clean the floors. The bot does great job at vacuuming, even getting under beds and furniture. The vacuum and mop combination feature does a fanstastic job and we get to go on with our day. Could not ask for a better cleaning system! Thank you Narwal.

Best Versatile Self Mop Clean Robot in the market

We are overall happy with the clean bot's performance. It makes cleaning the floor feel like a bliss, especially since we have two cats at home. It leaves the floor clean and shining all the time.

It's definitely a happy purchase. If it could improve the scanning algorithm, that would make it the best bot out there in the market.

Great purchase!

My wife and I really needed to keep the floors and carpets clean daily as we have a 1 Year old baby and a dog that sheds a bit. Narwal was the vacuum and mop robot we went with after much research on all sorts of products. This was the BEST purchase we have made! The Narwal does everything! Vacuum, mop, cycle the water automatically, clean the mop pods, etc etc. I can't believe they can fit all those features into this! I can't recommend this robot enough, it's just that amazing! I'm looking forward to how Narwal can possibly improve this product. 🙂
