Terms and Conditions for Narwal Freo Z10 New Product Launch

Welcome to the Narwal Freo Z10 new product launch event (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"). Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before participating. By participating, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Event Overview

This event is valid from 12:00 AM (PT) on April 1, 2025, to 11:59 PM (PT) on May 4, 2025. The event is exclusively available on the Narwal official website (https://ca.narwal.com/). It consists of three phases, with specific terms for each phase as follows:

Phase 1: 12:00 AM (PT) on April 1, 2025 – 11:59 PM (PT) on April 7, 2025

• Event Details: Users who subscribe to our email newsletter on the Freo Z10 landing page during this phase will have a chance to enter a giveaway and win a Narwal Freo Z10.
• Rewards: A Freo Z10 unit is available to win in the lucky draw. Winners will be announced on Narwal's social media on April 8 and notified via email.
• How to Participate: During the event period, visit Narwal's official website, Freo Z10 landing page, and subscribe to the email newsletter.
• Prize Collection: The Winner must reply to the notification email with their shipping address. The prizes will be shipped by the end of May.
• Additional Notes: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or discounts.

Phase 2: 12:00 AM (PT) on April 8, 2025 – 11:59 PM (PT) on April 27, 2025 (Early Bird Offer)

• Event Details: During this phase, users can purchase an Early Bird Offer for C$39, which includes a C$440 coupon. The coupon can be used in Phase 3 to purchase the Freo Z10.
• Benefit:

a. C$440 Coupon: The coupon will be sent to users via email after purchasing the Early Bird Offer. This coupon can only be used for purchasing the Freo Z10 in Phase 3.

b. A Freo Z10 Accessories Package (Worth C$279.99): Users who use the Early Bird coupon to purchase the Freo Z10 in Phase 3 will get a free Freo Z10 Accessories Package as a gift.

• Purchase Method: Early Bird Offers are sold on the Narwal official website. Users must provide a valid email address at the time of purchase to receive the coupon code. Each coupon code can be used only once and is applicable only for the purchase of the Freo Z10 in Phase 3.

Phase 3: 12:00 AM (PT) on April 28, 2025 – 11:59 PM (PT) on May 4, 2025

• Event Details: During this phase, users may apply the coupon code obtained in the previous phase to purchase the Freo Z10. Coupon codes must be redeemed within this period; any unused coupon codes will expire after the Event ends.
• Usage: Enter the coupon code when purchasing the Freo Z10 on the Narwal official website or Amazon to enjoy the corresponding discount. Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Additional Terms

1. Eligibility:

This event is open to all Canadian citizens or residents who purchase on ca.narwal.com, are at least 18 years old, or have reached the legal age of majority by April 1, 2025 (Pacific Time), and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with Narwal.

Coupon Restrictions:

1. Each coupon code may be used only once, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. To use multiple coupons, separate orders must be placed.
2. Coupon codes are confidential and must not be shared with others.

Refund Policy:

If you purchased the Early Bird Offer but did not use the coupon during the third phase, you can proactively contact our customer support team at support.na@global.narwal.com to request a refund.

Refunds for orders placed during the Freo Z10 launch event will be based on the amount actually paid.

For orders including free gifts, the gifts must be returned with the order for a refund to be processed. Refunds will not be processed if the gifts are not returned.

2. Free gifts are not redeemable for cash or discounts. They cannot be combined, transferred, substituted, discounted, chosen, or upgraded.

Rules to Claim Your Free Accessories Pack

• Eligibility: 

1. You must complete your purchase using the Early Bird Coupon during the redemption period.
2. The email address used to redeem the Freo Z10 must match the one used to purchase with the Early Bird Coupon.

• Redemption Process:

1. After the code redemption period ends, we’ll verify all qualifying orders.
2. Eligible users will receive a unique coupon code via email by May 31, 2025 (Pacific Time).
3. Visit our official store and apply the code at checkout to claim your Accessories Pack for free.

General

1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.na@global.narwal.com for assistance.

2. Due to delivery reasons, non-delivery areas include the entire Northwestern Province, Yukon Province, and part of the postal code area. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.

4. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that Narwal's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Narwal reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this sale.

5. During the sale, all orders must comply with Narwal's purchase agreement and return & refund policy.

6. The promotions are not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.

7. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants.

8. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Narwal reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the Narwal official website.

10. All discount codes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to Narwal's final interpretation.

11. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT GUARANTEED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND NARWAL HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

NARWAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY INCURRED BY ANY PARTY INCLUDING THE CUSTOMER IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING FROM ACTS OR OMISSIONS OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS PROMOTION.
