Have you ever been bothered by the noise of a robot vacuum? It can be especially loud when it’s emptying the dustbin, making it hard to focus on anything else. Whether you’re working, relaxing, or just trying to enjoy some peace and quiet, the noise can be overwhelming. And if you have pets, the chaos doubles with pets barking or reacting to the vacuum.
Narwal Freo Z Ultra is here to change all that. It was designed specifically to tackle these noise issues. With multiple noise-reduction features built into both the robot and the base station, Narwal makes sure your home stays peaceful while still getting a thorough clean. Whether you’re working from home, watching a movie, or spending time with your family, the robot will quietly do its job in the background. Let’s explore how Narwal is redefining quiet cleaning.
1.Why Do Most Robot Vacuums Get So Loud?
Most vacuums get loud for two reasons: the vacuum motor and the base station. Many brands try to make their vacuums clean better by increasing suction power, but this often leads to more noise without really improving performance. In fact, without proper airflow design, the vacuum just makes more sound while wasting energy.
Narwal took a different approach. Instead of just increasing suction, we designed the airflow system to be more efficient and used special materials to reduce vibration. This way, the vacuum works quietly while still providing excellent cleaning power. You get a cleaner home without all the noise.
2.Narwal's Quiet Innovations: From Robot to Base Station
Narwal tackled the noise issue without compromising on cleaning power. With thoughtful airflow design and noise-reducing materials, the Freo Z Ultra cleans quietly while keeping your home spotless. With a noise level as low as 53dB, it works so quietly in the background, you won’t even notice it.

How the Robot Stays So Quiet
Shock-Absorbing Roller Brush
Narwal’s roller and side brushes use a special three-point secure attachment that forms a vibration-dampening system. These three points spread out the vibrations that occur when the brushes sweep the floor, which helps reduce noise. By distributing the pressure evenly, this design makes the robot's operation much quieter while still maintaining best cleaning performance. Plus, the soft rubber material of the brush prevents tangling and absorbs sound, so your floors get a deep clean without the disruptive noise of traditional spinning brushes.
Aerodynamic U-Pipe
The Freo Z Ultra's dust collection system is designed with a U-shaped pipe to create smoother airflow with less resistance. Traditional vacuums often have sharp angles in their airflow design, causing turbulence and extra noise. Narwal’s U-shaped design allows air to flow more efficiently through the vacuum, reducing wind resistance. This means that the powerful 12,000Pa suction works quietly and effectively, without any wasted airflow or unnecessary noise.
Custom Silencer
Narwal took extra steps to ensure the vacuum’s exhaust is as quiet as possible. The Freo Z Ultra is equipped with a custom silencer at the exhaust outlet, so when the vacuum releases air after cleaning, the sound is significantly reduced. As a result, the vacuum operates with powerful suction, but without the usual loud hum, making it one of the quietest in its class.
Quiet Base Station Design
Aerospace-Grade Motor
Narwal’s base station motor is made from aerospace-grade materials, which are more stable and reduce vibration compared to plastic components. This stability creates quieter airflow, so even the dustbin emptying process is much quieter.
Wider Emptying Duct
The base station has a specially designed wider and straighter duct, which prevents clogs and reduces the need for extra suction to clear them. This simple but effective design allows for strong suction and smooth dust collection without noise.
Micro-Hole Silencer and Expansion Silencer
The micro-hole silencer first reduces sound wave energy, making the noise less intense. Then, the sound waves flow into the larger expansion silencer, where they are further weakened. This two-step process results in impressive noise reduction.
Enhanced Three-Layer Soundproofing
Narwal employs a robust three-layer soundproofing system that completely isolates noise generated by the fan during operation. This advanced design ensures the Freo Z Ultra remains impressively quiet, even under demanding conditions.
3.Enter the New Era of Truly Quiet Cleaning
With the Narwal Freo Z Ultra, you no longer have to deal with the constant noise of a vacuum. It works quietly in the background, so you can focus on what matters most without interruption. Enjoy the peace and quiet of your home, while your robot takes care of the cleaning.
