How does Flow 2 navigate around everyday obstacles?

TwinAI Dodge uses dual 1080P cameras and AI recognition to detect and avoid obstacles with millimeter-level precision.

It helps Flow 2 navigate around furniture and everyday objects, keeping cleaning moving through complex home layouts. Detection of very small or unusual objects may vary.

Is Flow 2 suitable for homes with pets and long hair?

Yes. Pet Care Mode 2.0 recognizes pet areas and adjusts cleaning power and noise levels to suit the surroundings.

Strong suction helps pick up pet fur and long hair, while the DualFlow Tangle-Free System helps reduce hair wrapping around the brushes. Regular brush checks are still recommended.

How does FlowWash tackle stubborn stains and keep the mop clean?

The FlowWash Mopping System uses 60°C heated water and a flattened track mop to help loosen stubborn messes such as grease, dried coffee, and muddy paw prints.

The mop continuously cleans itself as it moves, helping remove dirt instead of spreading it across the floor.

How does Flow 2 deep-clean carpets while helping keep them dry?

CarpetFocus Technology detects carpets and lowers the roller brush cover to improve the seal and boost suction at the brush opening.

At the same time, the mop lifts 10 mm to help avoid wetting the carpet. For rugs you want Flow 2 to stay off, select carpet avoidance in the app.

Can Flow 2 clean my whole home on one charge?

The NavoPower AI Battery Care System combines a 7,000mAh battery with an intelligent charging strategy to support extended runtime and long-lasting battery health.

Flow 2 also charges while its mop is being washed. Whether one charge is enough depends on your home’s size and layout, floor types, and cleaning settings.

What maintenance will I still need to do?

The dock automates mop washing, drying, dust collection, and detergent dispensing. You’ll still need to refill cleaning solution, replace dust bags and worn accessories, and check the brushes and filters.

With the Basic Dock, you’ll also refill the clean-water tank and empty the dirty-water tank. Follow the maintenance reminders in the app.

How often should I replace the dust bag and other accessories?

Suggested replacement intervals are:

- Dust bag: up to 120 days in homes without pets, or up to 90 days in homes with pets.
- Roller brush: approximately every 6 months.
- Track mop: every 1–3 months.
- Side brush: approximately every 3 months.
- Replaceable dock cleaning filter: approximately every 3 months.

Actual replacement needs depend on usage and wear. Follow the latest maintenance reminders in the app.

Do I need a water connection to use Flow 2?

No. Flow 2 with the Basic Dock uses water tanks that you refill and empty manually. The optional Auto Refill & Drainage configuration connects to your home’s water supply and drainage for automatic water exchange.

Check which configuration you have selected before ordering.

What are the installation requirements for the optional Automatic Water Exchange System?

You’ll need a suitable clean-water supply, a dirty-water drainage connection, a power outlet, and enough space for the dock and robot access.

Before placing your order, please contact Narwal Support at support.na@global.narwal.com to request the installation diagram and instructions, and get help confirming whether your home meets the installation requirements.

What Wi-Fi network does Flow 2 need, and what can I control in the app?

Flow 2 requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for app connectivity; it does not connect to a 5 GHz-only network. In the Narwal app, you can select cleaning modes, adjust suction and mop moisture, manage maps, set no-go zones, and check maintenance reminders.

Insanely good robot vacuum/mop

This is hands down the most impressive robot vacuum and mop I have ever used, and I have tested a lot of them! My first experience with NARWAL, and it absolutely will not be my last. The build quality is just outstanding. The whole thing feels incredibly premium, really heavy duty and solid, like it was just engineered to a completely different standard than anything else I have used. I will note it is noticeably heavier than other robots I have handled, which is not a dealbreaker at all, just something worth knowing. The intelligence on this thing is just insane. It avoids obstacles better than any robot I have tested, and I genuinely do not know how they packed this much technology into it. The dual AI camera system recognizes actual household objects in real time and adjusts its path accordingly, it is just really impressive to watch. One feature I particularly love is that it processes all its AI data locally and does NOT upload it, which I think is a really thoughtful and appreciated privacy consideration that not enough smart home devices think about. The suction power is also just incredible at 31,000Pa. It picks up all of my cat litter and cat hair without any issues whatsoever. The FlowWash mopping system is also a really impressive piece of engineering, continuously cleaning with fresh water rather than spreading dirty water around, which has always been my biggest complaint with robot mops.Price-wise, at $1,099.99 with the coupon it is a significant investment, but for the most advanced and capable robot vacuum and mop I have ever used, it genuinely feels worth it.

Initially very impressed!

This robot is very impressive. Have used it for a few weeks and it is extra nice to come home to clean floors. If you're on the fence like I was just do it. The convenience is well worth it. Suction power has been more than sufficient for our farmhouse with 2 indoor/outdoor dogs. The Freo (AI cleaning) mode is so smart and I love that it dries the mop after completion. Would recommend watching the price for a few months in advance to take advantage of sale pricing if you want to save a few hundred bucks!

Narwal

I've been extremely happy with my Narwal! It does a fantastic job of both vacuuming and mopping, and my floors have never looked cleaner. I love how it maps my home and cleans methodically instead of randomly missing spots. It also does a great job of cleaning along edges and leaves my floors looking fresh without much effort from me.
