It helps Flow 2 navigate around furniture and everyday objects, keeping cleaning moving through complex home layouts. Detection of very small or unusual objects may vary.

Is Flow 2 suitable for homes with pets and long hair?

Yes. Pet Care Mode 2.0 recognizes pet areas and adjusts cleaning power and noise levels to suit the surroundings.

Strong suction helps pick up pet fur and long hair, while the DualFlow Tangle-Free System helps reduce hair wrapping around the brushes. Regular brush checks are still recommended.

How does FlowWash tackle stubborn stains and keep the mop clean?

The FlowWash Mopping System uses 60°C heated water and a flattened track mop to help loosen stubborn messes such as grease, dried coffee, and muddy paw prints.

The mop continuously cleans itself as it moves, helping remove dirt instead of spreading it across the floor.

How does Flow 2 deep-clean carpets while helping keep them dry?

Flow 2 also charges while its mop is being washed. Whether one charge is enough depends on your home’s size and layout, floor types, and cleaning settings.

What maintenance will I still need to do?

The dock automates mop washing, drying, dust collection, and detergent dispensing. You’ll still need to refill cleaning solution, replace dust bags and worn accessories, and check the brushes and filters.

With the Basic Dock, you’ll also refill the clean-water tank and empty the dirty-water tank. Follow the maintenance reminders in the app.

How often should I replace the dust bag and other accessories?

Suggested replacement intervals are:

- Dust bag: up to 120 days in homes without pets, or up to 90 days in homes with pets.
- Roller brush: approximately every 6 months.
- Track mop: every 1–3 months.
- Side brush: approximately every 3 months.
- Replaceable dock cleaning filter: approximately every 3 months.

Actual replacement needs depend on usage and wear. Follow the latest maintenance reminders in the app.

Do I need a water connection to use Flow 2?

No. Flow 2 with the Basic Dock uses water tanks that you refill and empty manually. The optional Auto Refill & Drainage configuration connects to your home’s water supply and drainage for automatic water exchange.

What are the installation requirements for the optional Automatic Water Exchange System?

You’ll need a suitable clean-water supply, a dirty-water drainage connection, a power outlet, and enough space for the dock and robot access.

What Wi-Fi network does Flow 2 need, and what can I control in the app?

Flow 2 requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for app connectivity; it does not connect to a 5 GHz-only network. In the Narwal app, you can select cleaning modes, adjust suction and mop moisture, manage maps, set no-go zones, and check maintenance reminders.
