I recently purchased the Narwal vacuum mop, and it has exceeded all my expectations! This device is a game-changer for household cleaning. The vacuum and mop functions work seamlessly together, making it incredibly efficient to clean both dust and stains in one go. This vacuum and mop came in quite a large box but the packaging was easy to recycle. It was really easy to assemble with just needing to attach the handle. It is quite a heavy unit but it is easy to maneuver and carrying is made really easy by using the provided finger lift area instead of relying on grabbing it by the handle. The water tank is easy to fill and empty and clean as is the dust bin. When you first plug this in and set on the charger it tells you what language is being used. I am not sure if it knows location or not, but would not be surprised. The small screen tells you what mode you're in and the charging power etc. A really nice touch. Mine came already 65% charged and I used it for about 35 minutes before charging. It took less than an hour to to get a full charge. The auto setting is nice but you can also pick thew setting you like by selecting it from the small screen located by your thumb. Very convenient. Once you've finished cleaning, you just empty the water and dust compartments and give them a quick cleaning with the supplied tools. You then can put it on the dock for charging and activate the drying session if you used the mop function; if not need to activate drying. This comes with extra filters and extra roller brush. It is not very loud at all and cleans extremely well. I'll let you decide if you like the voice feedback or not but for me I like it. This is a very well built machine that works better than it looks.
