The map has not been created, please long-press the home button to build the map.

Cannot find the base station

Cannot find the base station:

1. Robot cannot locate the base station, please put the robot back in the base station and try again.

2. If the base station has been moved, please put the robot back in the base station and rebuild the map.

3. The robot is getting stuck when attempting to return to the base station, please clean up the obstacles and put the robot back in the base station.

Exiting base station failed

Please remove obstacles around the base station then press the start button to continue the task.

The robot is in the no-go zone

The robot is in a no-go zone, please remove the robot from the no-go zone or try to rebuild the map again.

The robot cannot be recalled when mapping

Please long press the right button of the base station to end the current task and recall the robot.

Cannot build the map while cleaning

Please long-press the right button of the base station to end the current task, recall the robot back in the base station, and long-press the home button to rebuild the map.

Please don't repeat the operation when the robot is mapping

Side brush malfunction

Please remove the entanglements on the side brush or replace the new side brushes.

Please install the dustbin

1. Please check if the filter and the inner filter bracket are in good condition, and the dustbin is installed properly.

2. Please check if the magnet on the dustbin is normal.

3. Please put the cleaning hook in the position where it detects the dustbin, and then start a vacuuming task.

Please check the dustbin, filter, and air vent

1. Please empty the dustbin if it is full and check whether the inner filter is still in the dustbin.

2. Enable the High-Altitude mode on the app: <Device - More Features - High Altitude Mode>

3. Please make sure the filter and the dustbin have been totally dried out after washing.

4. Reset the robot.

The robot's battery power is less than 20%, it will automatically back to the base station for charging and continue the task.

The robot in a strong magnetic field environment

1. Please check if the robot is reporting this error in a specific position.

2. Try to remove the robot's vacuum/mopping module, turn off the robot for 1min then restart the robot and see if it works.

Battery malfunction

If the temperature of the battery is too high/low, please wait and restart the robot after the battery is back to normal temperature.

Please wipe the wall sensors and then restart the robot.

Vacuuming motor malfunction

1. Please clean the dustbin and make sure the filter and the dustbin have been totally dried out after washing.

Tire malfunction

1. Please try to rotate the tires to see if they are normal.

2. Please check and clean up if there is anything stuck in the tires.

Base station overflow

1. Please check if the waste water tank is broken.

2. If the waste water tank is not broken and there is a lot of foam at the bottom of the base station, please clean it and wipe the sensors, then check the rubbers in the place of the waste water tank. Unplug the base station, and plug in again to see if it works. If it works, kindly note not to use too many detergent sheets.

3. If there is no water at the bottom of the base station, please wipe the sensors to see if it works.

4. If there is water at the bottom of the base station, and the waste water tank cannot pump water, please send a video of this issue and your SN & app ID to support@narwal.com

Please check the clean water tank

1. Please check if there is water in the clean water tank.

2. Please check if the rubber of the clean water tank outlet is in good condition/did not fall off.

3. Please check if the pipe in the clean water tank has been installed firmly.

4. Please check if the filter sponge is installed correctly.

5. Please squeeze some water into the clean water tank outlet with tools and start the mopping task again to see if it works.

6. Unplug the base station for 2 minutes and plug it in again.

1. Please check if the waste water tank is clean. (We recommend cleaning the tank every time after mopping.)

2. Please check if the magnet of the indicator float (in the waste water tank)works.

3. Unplug the base station for 2 minutes then plug in.

2. Please check if the magnet of the washboard is intact/lost.
