Base station overflow |
1. Please check if the waste water tank is broken. 2. If the waste water tank is not broken and there is a lot of foam at the bottom of the base station, please clean it and wipe the sensors, then check the rubbers in the place of the waste water tank. Unplug the base station, and plug in again to see if it works. If it works, kindly note not to use too many detergent sheets. 3. If there is no water at the bottom of the base station, please wipe the sensors to see if it works. 4. If there is water at the bottom of the base station, and the waste water tank cannot pump water, please send a video of this issue and your SN & app ID to support@narwal.com |

1. Please check if there is water in the clean water tank. 2. Please check if the rubber of the clean water tank outlet is in good condition/did not fall off. 3. Please check if the pipe in the clean water tank has been installed firmly. 4. Please check if the filter sponge is installed correctly. 5. Please squeeze some water into the clean water tank outlet with tools and start the mopping task again to see if it works. 6. Unplug the base station for 2 minutes and plug it in again. |
