What kind of floors can Narwal Freo work on?

Narwal Freo can be used on wood floors, laminate floors, and other smooth hard floors such as tiles and marble. If your floor surface is rough and uneven, then we do not recommend using a robot for cleaning.

Also, Freo can adjust the pressure and wetness for different floor types: Wood floor [7N + Dry], Hard floor [12N + Normal].

Where should I position a Narwal Freo?

Place the base station against a wall and near an outlet, making sure there is more than 1m/40inches of clear space in front of the base station.
After placing the base station, insert the power cord into the base station, then insert the plug into the outlet. The screen will automatically light up when the base station powers on, and the robot will turn on when it is in the base station.

Can Freo work in the dark?

Freo uses lasers to create a map and will need light during the mapping process.

It will then use lidar to automatically move around rooms. Lidar can work normally in the dark, however dark objects may weaken the signal received by the infrared sensor, and the obstacle avoidance effect may decrease to a certain extent.

Does Narwal Freo switch automatically between Mopping and Vacuuming?

Yes, Freo is compatible with vacuum modules and mopping modules, and the corresponding modules will be automatically applied in different vacuuming/mopping modes.

What is the capacity of the dust box?

The capacity of Freo's dust box is 480ml, Freo's upgraded dust box is larger and reduces the frequency of cleaning the dust box.

I don't know how to say this, but the Freo has honestly changed my life. I am a busy mom with a special needs boy and the Freo has given me back time that I never had before. Such an amazing product, easy to set up...the technology on this product is cutting edge. Great options to just vacuum, or just mop, or both. This saves me so much time to do other things. Turn it on and everything is looked after without a worry. I cant say enough, if you don't have one...get one, you will not be disappointed.

Smart robot

I tried other brands of robots in the past and Narwal Freo appear to be most user friendly. It keeps my main floor clean all time with min effort from myself!

I never knew...

I never knew that I could fall in love with a robot. This has been a game changer. No longer do I have to worry about nasty corners, or a dust city under my furniture. I used to use my child to dust the floor, but running this unit in Freo mode daily means I can trust my floors are always clean! I will buy many more of these in the future. As others have said...game changer.

Takes the worry away

We have 2 cats, a big dog and 2 teenagers; the floors can get dirty real quick! Being able to schedule the Narwal to clean means I can do other things and not have to worry about also cleaning the floors.
